Chia Seed Porridge
Serves: 2
  • ¼ cup chia sees
  • 2 ¼ cups almond milk
  • 1 vanilla pod scrappings
  • pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup soaked raisins
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or favorite sweetener to taste
  • 1 cup GF oats
  1. Reserve ¼ cup of the almond milk and set aside.
  2. Comine all the remaining ingredients, except fruit, in a bowl and leave to soak for at least 30 minutes. You can also combine the ingredients the night before and leave them in the fridge overnight, so they can be ready in the morning.
  3. Stir in the remaining mil and serve.
  4. Top with blueberries, banana or with our Morning Glory Topping mix.
