My meditation classes are created to help you find your higher self. By quieting the chatter of the mind we can begin to down regulate and we can start to feel comfortable sitting in stillness and then we can start to connect to that part of us that is pure, loving, compassionate, accepting, forgiving, thoughtful, generous and grateful. When we practice daily meditation we start to shed the limiting beliefs we have about ourselves and others, we also start to shed the shield we carry to protect us from getting hurt. Once we find our true self, void of acquired conditionings, we start to see ourselves and the world through a different lens.
By practicing meditation regularly we become calmer, more positive and happier. It is in this awakened state of mind that we can let go of stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, fear, judgment, confusion and we can start to thrive feeling energized, alive, focused, purposeful, grateful, productive and joyful. Mediation is helpful to all ages and to people from all different professions.

Primordial Sound Mediation Course:
This is a four day training only one hour each day. During this course you will learn a brief history of meditation, the health benefits of meditating, you will learn how to meditate and you will be given your own personal mantra. The mantra given to you is exclusive to you and it refers to the sound of the universe at the time of your birth. The primordial sound mantra is the vehicle to connect to your true essence. We conclude the course by learning about the different states of mind one can attain during meditation.
