My restorative yoga classes are truly transformative. During this practice you will unwind, relax and literally melt into the mat. This class does not require any muscular effort, on the contrary this class is about surrendering, releasing and restoring. This class is geared to elicit deep relaxation. Here are some of the benefits of practicing restorative yoga: improve sleep quality, develop a calmer more reflective mind, find a deeper connection with your body, understand where you hold tension in your bod and learn how to release the tension and stress. Physical and emotional healing may take place with regular practice.
