Our Gentle Cleanse is a great way to introduce your body to cleansing. On this cleanse, you will enjoy fresh vegan meals and juices made daily in our Pine Plains Kitchen.
Each of the meals and beverages incorporates a variety of anti-inflammatory foods such as aloe vera, turmeric, ginger, garlic, and cruciferous vegetables to fight and prevent disease.
This cleanse gives you the opportunity to eat a flavorful array of vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, and some grain. You will not consume any animal meat, gluten, dairy, refined sugar, or processed food.
